INFORMATION WE STORE

Your name, email address, password hash, delivery information and order selections are stored to provide your account and process orders. Passwords are never stored as plain text.

COOKIES & LOCAL STORAGE

A secure account session cookie keeps you signed in. Your shopping bag is stored in your browser. Newsletter emails are saved when you subscribe. Guest checkout uses a temporary browser cookie to prevent duplicate orders. An account is optional; guest orders store contact and delivery details and are not automatically linked to an account by email.

STORE ACTIVITY

A random browser identifier in local storage and a first-party cookie lets us count distinct browsers and storefront page visits. We store page paths and timestamps, excluding account and admin pages. A purchase may be linked to this identifier for store conversion reports. These counts do not identify a person or include IP addresses.

ORDER UPDATES

Production and shipment updates are saved with your order. Signed-in customers can view their account orders in their order history. Store staff may send an update to your contact email when email notification is selected. The configured mail provider processes delivery of those messages.

EXTERNAL IMAGES

Product and editorial photographs load from Unsplash. Loading these images shares ordinary connection information with the image provider.

YOUR INFORMATION

Contact the store to request access to or deletion of your account information. The store must publish its legal business details and retention policy before accepting public orders.
